The Flexibility of Agsis E-Textile Products
Agsis® is Syscom Technology Inc.’s premier conductive E-Textile thread for electrical applications. By pairing the flexibility of traditional nylon fiber with the conductive and anti-microbial properties of silver, the Agsis® conductive electronic textiles provide a viable solution for prototyping and high-demanding wearable design.
What Makes Agsis Different:

Superior Conductivity.
Thanks to the patented metal coating process, Agsis® not only offers superior conductivity but adhesion and consistency throughout the line.
Usability.
Agsis® conductive electronic textiles can be embroidered, knitted, sewn, or woven and are compatible with commercial textile equipment, eliminating the existing design constraints.
Durability and Flexibility.
You want conductive electronic textiles to be as flexible and washable as any traditional textile. By pairing the flexibility of traditional nylon fiber with Syscom’s proprietary coating technology, Agsis® outperforms traditional silver-coated nylon threads in both durability and washability.

Product Customization.
Different projects mean different circumstances and specifications. Syscom Technology Inc. understands and is here to help. With customizations in TPI, metallization, and more. Agsis products are currently available in 100D and 200D sizes.

Antimicrobial Silver.
Textiles that have constant contact with our skin and sweat become a breeding ground for micro-organisms. By utilizing the properties of silver, one of the world’s oldest and best antimicrobial materials, the bacteria and odor that grow and cling to our clothes are effectively and efficiently eliminated.
Technical Graph & Comparisons
Syscom Technology Inc. is dedicated to the emergence of innovative technologies and e-textiles. Syscom seeks to eliminate the need for extensive client-side product testing by providing vital washability data and comparisons. Actionable data that will enable developers and start-ups to reach market-ready production much sooner.

Learn About The Agsis Conductive Electronic Textiles
-
What are metal yarns?
Metal or metalized yarns are defined by their ability to conduct electrical current. They are produced in one of two ways. Either they are created from fibers of drawn metal (silver, stainless steel, nickel, etc), or are fabricated by coating traditional yarns with metal coatings.
-
Do you sell an insulated version of Agsis?
Currently, the Agsis line is only available in its uninsulated version. However, we aim to improve our line and are investigating insulation.
-
Where can I buy a sample of Agsis?
Small quantities of Agsis are readily available on Amazon. For bulk purchases or larger quantities, please contact one of our qualified representatives.
